CONSTRUCTION

The body is composed of a structure of extruded P30 oxidized aluminum profiles and nylon corners loaded with glass fibre. Zn 8/10 sheet metal panels, 10 mm thick, double Zn/Zn “SANDWICH” paneling, 23 mm thick, with self-extinguishing internal sound-absorbing insulation. Inspection door with lock that can only be opened with tools.
DUCTED MACHINE

Suitable for Neutral Hoods, to be mounted outside or at least far from the hood.

FAN

The double inlet centrifugal fan is built with sturdy hot-dip galvanized sheets. The forward-facing blade type fan is statically and dynamically balanced.
The electric motor directly coupled to the impeller is equipped with an electrical connection terminal block. The fan is mounted on rubber cushioned feet, and a 10 mm anti-vibration gasket is placed between the box panel and the fan mouth, in order to avoid the transmission of vibrations.

Sound pressure value measured in free field at a distance of 1.5 metres.
