The embroidery is done with a special bottom thread that reacts
to heat at a lower temperature than the fabric. Area
embroidered is exposed to a heat source, which causes shrinkage
of the thread and controlled wrinkling of the fabric. Depending on the type
of stitches and fabric, astonishing and unlimited effects are obtained.
No reinforcements or special needles are needed. Embroidery can be
performed with any embroidery machine.
The wire shrinks when exposed to a heat source.
As a heat source you can use a normal one
iron or even a steamer.
