The latest denim trend that amazes with creativity

2022 is the year of jeans: it has certainly never gone out of fashion and many of us don't abandon it even to go to the office, but with the return of the Y2K trend (and total denim looks ) this fabric is discovering a fertile ground for expressing creativity, like a painter's canvas just waiting to be painted. This is in fact the case of Bella Hadid who was recently photographed with a printed denim model.

Crowns of flowers stand out on the blue jeans which here are light and wide (note the slit on the hem which creates a light elephant's foot): in fact it seems that a mold has been impregnated with white paint to be passed on the canvas and create this pattern which personalizes even the most classic of jeans. This model is already packaged, but it can be a fashion idea to put into practice to unleash your artistic streak.

The "personalization" trend was also applied - literally - by Julia Fox who put her manual skills to the test to recycle a pair of mom fit jeans : by cutting the "waist" she thus created a pair of low-waisted trousers and a micro top,. The result is an effective outfit at no cost that has all the flavor of a revenge dress . No printing or painting but simply the art of "cut and sew".

These are not the only ways to give a "twist" to classic jeans: Dolce & Gabbana has in fact brought models covered with colored crystals to the catwalk and, recently, for the autumn winter 2022 2023 collection, Matthew Williams designed covered denim for Givenchy from a texture of hand-stitched pearls . All very casual, yet chic.

Returning to Bella Hadid, the look spotted in New York is completed with an asymmetrical powder pink sweater that shows off the shoulders and a pair of Texan boots that peek out from the bell-shaped hem of the jeans. A perfect match for the arrival of spring 2022.
